I will warn you that while it is not difficult in task, it will take some time to assemble it - like 20ish minutes. You will also need about 45 minutes cook time, so allow for a good 75+ minutes before you need to take it somewhere. There are some short cuts that you can take, which will help with the time.
18 medium eggs
1/2 cup of Half N Half
2 TBSP Spinach & Herb Seasonings
1 TBSP Onion Onion
1 TBSP Seasoned Salt
1 lb sausage (cooked)
9-10 strips of bacon (cooked)
1 package Bountiful Beer Bread Mix
12 oz Half N Half
10 slices of American Cheese
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Crack the eggs into a large bowl, then whisk in the Half N Half and the three seasonings. Set aside and let blend. Start to cook the meat - sausage needs to be scrambled like ground beef and bacon needs to be cooked and grease blotted. (CHEAT TIP: you can use the Ready Made versions that go in the microwave. The sausage needs to be crumbled.) In a medium size bowl, add bread mix and milk while stirring 20-30 seconds. Spray a large casserole dish (I use 15X10X2) with nonstick spray. Smooth bread batter on the bottom and spread to the edges of the sides/corners. (CHEAT TIP: you can use crescents or biscuits here. Usually takes 2 cans). Evenly spread sausage on top of the bread. Then lay the strips of bacon over it. There is enough to go 2 rows of 4 longways with 1 on the end going up/down. Pour egg mixture of meat. Unwrap and place the cheese side by side length ways in 2 rows of 4. Bend in half two pieces to fill in the bottom row. Push down slightly, until the egg mixture flows over it. Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
