Mango Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing
Mango Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
a small funnel
a squeeze bottle to store dressing
measuring cup with Tablespoon markings
In the measuring cup, pour the Avocado Oil to the 2 TBSP mark. Now add 4 TBSP Mango Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (you should be at the 3 TBSP line), then another 4 TBSP Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Stir in 1 TBSP of Garlic Pepper Seasoning. Pour the dressing through the funnel into the squeeze bottle. Viola! You are ready to eat it. Be sure to store the leftovers in the refrigerator.
This dressing is AH-Mazing over Mixed Greens or just Baby Spinach Leaves. You can see that I add dried cranberries, almonds and croutons on top of the greens. Sliced Chicken Breast is a great way to add Protein to the meal and I even like to sprinkle a little Flax Seed over the top of it.
