Irish Stout Stew

You can easily make this hearty stew that will warm up anyone on a cold winter's night. Serve with Multi-Grain Beer Bread to make dinner complete.



 
You'll need:

1 jar Irish Stout Sauce 
2 TBSP Onion Onion 
6oz tomato paste 

4lbs Stew Meat
two 16 oz bag of frozen mixed vegetables

Place a Slow Cooker Liner instead the crock of your slow cooker.  Add the first 3 ingredients to the crock. Fill the empty Irish Stout Sauce jar with water, then add to the crock. Mix well to be sure that everything is combined. Stir in Stew Meat and veggies. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. 

** Can also be pre-made in a Gallon Ziploc Bag. Freeze for up to 3 months. When ready to cook, place frozen meal in the Slow Cooker to cook on low for 8-10 hours.
