• 2lbs chicken breast
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 zucchini
• 2 yellow squash
• 1 cup mushrooms
• 1 (28 oz.) can tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes (we like crushed)
•2 TBSP Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto
•1 TBSP Onion Onion
• Place chicken breast in 1 gallon Ziploc bag.
• Slice and add peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, tomato sauce, 2 TBSP Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto and
1 TBSP Onion Onion to the bag. Seal and freeze
When ready to cook. Put in the Slow Cooker for 8-10 hours.
** You can also put all of these ingredients straight into the Slow Cooker without freezing it. **
Serve this over Pasta, Rice, Quinoa or even Spaghetti Squash (in pic as it's our fav)
