Here are a few Quick Tastefully Simple Subs for ya --> quicker and less of a mess than scratch!
~1 clove of fresh garlic = 1 tsp of Garlic Garlic, so 3 cloves is 1 TSBP. Garlic Garlic will reconstitute and become minced garlic
~1 finely chopped medium onion = 1 TBSP of Onion Onion. It will reconstitute and become minced onion.
~2 cups Medium Heat Salsa = 2 TBSP Simply Salsa Mix combined with 14.5oz can diced tomatoes and chill for an hour. For Mild Heat, only use 1 TBSP Simply Salsa Mix. For quick Tacos, brown meat (beef, turkey or chicken) and add salsa mix and tomatoes to simmer.
