Stir-Fry Veggies

You can make a Veggie Stir Fry, Quick and Easy in no time at all.  We ate this with Quinoa, however you can choose any form of rice, grain or pasta for your Side Dish.

1 1/2 TBSP Avocado Oil

1/2 TBSP Seasoned Salt
1 TBSP Garlic Garlic
 1 TBSP Onion Onion
small bag of Snap Peas
15 Baby Carrots (sliced in half)
12 oz bag of broccoli cuts or cut 3-4 fresh florets
1 medium size Green Bell Pepper
1 medium Zucchini, sliced
1 medium Yellow Squash, sliced
1/2 medium Vidalia Onion or Sweet Onion

Heat Oil in a Large Skillet or Wok over Medium Heat. Add carrots; cook stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes. Add broccoli; cook stirring frequently for 4-5 minutes. Add Bell Pepper, Zucchini, Squash, Snap Peas and Onion. Sprinkle the veggies with the Garlic Garlic and Seasoned Salt, mixing well. Cook another 5-6 minutes or until tender crisp. Turn off heat and remove veggies from skillet.
