Simply Turkey Tacos

It was OUSTANDING! The kids were going on and on about how these were the best Tacos that I've ever made :0 Guess we'll be having them again. I was wondering how the Turkey would do and it was thumbs up for the RnD folks ;)

I love how it is MUCH HEALTHIER than the traditional way of making tacos with Ground Beef and pre-package Taco Seasoning that is full of Sodium and Preservatives. These were just as fast and easy and SO MUCH BETTER--even cheaper to make ;)

 Simply Turkey Tacos
1 Lb Ground Turkey
½ tsp Seasoned Salt
14 oz can Petite Diced Tomatoes
1 TBSP Simply Salsa
Shredded lettuce
Shredded cheese
Sour cream
12 Taco Shells

I just browned a pound of Ground Turkey sprinkled with 1/2 tsp of Seasoned Salt and drained the little it produces. Then added a can of Petite Diced Tomatoes and 1TBSP of Simply Salsa (2 if you want it spicy). Brought it to a easy boil then put on lid on the skillet and dropped the temp to LOW and cooked 15 minutes while I warmed the shells.  Spread a little sour cream on the bottom of the Taco Shell. Fill with a few spoonfuls of the meat mixture. Top with lettuce and cheese.
