Shredded Chicken in the Slow Cooker

It's always good to have cooked, shredded chicken in your fridge for quick meals- especially lunches. In the video you will learn how to make this "fridge staple" with only 2 lbs Chicken Breasts, 1 cup of Broth and 2 TBSP of your favorite Tastefully Simple Seasoning. For us, Rustic Herb or Seasoned Salt (only 1 TBSP of salt) works best, however I have clients that LOVE it with Fiesta Party Dip Mix to give it a kick.

Ideas to use your Shredded Chicken:

Make Chicken Salad by adding 1/2 cup of Mayo, 1/2 Cup of Sour Cream, 2 TBSP Spinach and Herb Mix to 1 cup of shredded chicken. Let set in fridge for an hour or so.

Place Corn or Flour Tortillas on a cookie or pizza pan, top with Chicken, Corn Black Bean Salsa (or any salsa), and shredded cheese. Bake at 375 for about 5 minutes.

Use as a filler for ANY tacos, burritos, enchiladas, quesadillas etc

Top a green salad to add a little protein to it ;)

ANY recipe that calls for COOKED Chicken. OR just eat it by itself .. LOL
