Bayou Bourbon Turkey Meatloaf

As many of you know, I usually take pictures of the recipes that I post. Well, I didn't get any pics of my Turkey Meatloaf.  I was multi-tasking last night!  Yep, I was on the phone while making dinner so no pics this time. HOWEVER, next time I make it, I will take a few. It was a big hit which means that I will be making it again, soon. For now, here are the details:

3 lbs Ground Turkey
1 cup Breadcrumbs (I use homemade see that post)
2 eggs
4 Tbsp Bayou Bourbon Glaze
1 Tbsp Seasoned Salt
2 Tbsp Onion Onion
Bayou Bourbon Glaze

Directions:
Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 6 ingredients well. Divide meat mixture on a stone bar pan (I use Pampered Chef's). Make four rectangle shape loaves, leaving a little room from the sides of the pan and between the loaves. Brush the Top loaves with Bayou Bourbon Glaze, covering it well including the sides. Bake for 30-40 minutes until done.

We like to eat this with Mashed Potatoes or MacNCheese and Petite or English Peas.
