"baked" potato with Seasoned Salt and butter


"baked" potato with Seasoned Salt and butter

With a fork poke holes in 3 small red potatoes. Place on a microwave plate and cook on high for 10 minutes. Melt a half stick of real butter for 30 secs. Cut open and mashed down on the potatoes.  Add melted butter and sprinkle with Seasoned Salt.  Mix together. 

This is a great side dish for the family or a quick lunch for one person. In fact, I eat this for lunch a lot when I'm craving carbs.  Usually a hard workout makes me want Carbs ;)
