Corn Black Bean Salsa Chicken Rollups

Another jar used tonight for another quick, FABULOUS meal that had the kids asking for more...These rollups were made in 15 minutes from start to finish. Y'all that's quicker than the pizza delivery guy or even a trip through the Drive-Thru! PERFECT for #Lunch Boxes, as well. These can be made and wrapped in clear wrap to place in the fridge for later. Tastes just as good cold, as hot :)

1 1/4 pound grilled chicken (leftover, usually or you can use the frozen ones)
1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
 1 jar of Corn Black Bean Salsa
8 large flour tortillas or 10 Wheat Tortillas
 shredded cheddar cheese
 sour cream

 Empty a bag of grilled chicken (in the freezer section from the "T" chicken company) into a large skillet.  Sprinkle Seasoned Salt on chicken and bring to a sizzle. Add a jar of CBBS, stir to blend.
 Cover with a lid. Reduce heat to low-medium for 10 mins, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking.

Spread a little sour cream in the middle 
of a large flour tortilla. 

Add a few spoonfuls of warmed chicken
 mixture in the middle and top with shredded cheddar.  

Carefully roll tortilla toward you. Slice in half, so it's easier to eat. Enjoy!
