Artichoke and Spinach Cheese Sticks

I saw a super delicious looking Spinach and Artichoke appetizer on Pinterest. It made my mouth water just reading it, so of course I had to Tastefully Simplize it ;) Brian said that next time, I needed to add cut up chicken to it. That would be a FAB addition as it was very much like a white pizza. The kids LOVE it! We even sliced it with the Pizza Cutter.

1 loaf of Italian Bread
1 packet of Artichoke & Spinach Warm Dip Mix
8oz cream cheese
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice in half one loaf of Italian bread lengthwise. Mix the Artichoke & Spinach Warm Dip mix with swiss cheese and cream cheese according to directions on box. Hollow 1/2 an inch out of the center of both halves of the bread. Spread the mixture into the hole of the bread slices and top with shredded mozzarella. Bake 350F oven covered in foil for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to bake until the cheese is melted and golden brown. Enjoy!
