Tuscany Focaccia Bread and Beer Cheese Soup



This is a simple and easy way to make your FAVORITE bread to like in the Italian eateries. You can even dip it in oil! This is perfect along side of Bountiful Beer Cheese Soup Mix. Everything in the pic to the left is all you need for DINNER in 30 minutes!





Ingredients:
1 package of Bountiful Beer Bread Mix (Value Pack shown in pic has 3 packs)
2 TBSP Tuscany Bread Dipping Mix*
Roasted Garlic Infused Oil
Bountiful Beer Cheese Soup Mix
2 cups beer (which is 1 + 1/2 cup of another)
4 cups milk

Directions:




Brush Roasted Garlic Infused Oil on pizza stone. In a bowl, mix Bountiful Beer Bread Mix with one beer and 2 TBSP Tuscany Bread Dipping Mix.






Spread dough on stone. Place in 375 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes. In a 2 qt Sauce pan, whisk Bountiful Beer Cheese Soup with 4 cups milk and 1/2 cup of beer. Bring to a slow boil and the reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 15 minutes.



(Optional: Squirt Spray butter on top of dough). (Optional: omit beer and use 4 1/2 cups of milk).


*after making these I noticed the bread was a little too spicy for me. I made it again with 1 TBSP and it was great!
