Here is a FABULOUS new Trifle recipe from Taste-Bud from VA, Nicci Evans Konstantinou. It has two of my FAV Products--Mocha Chip Frappe' and Classy Chocolate Pound Cake.
Classy Chocolate Pound Cake
cup (1 1/2 sticks) melted butter*
1 cup water
12 oz. thawed non-dairy whipped topping
½ cup Mocha Chip Frappe Drink Mix (add more for more coffee flavor)
Creamy Caramel Sauce
1 bag toffee bits
1 bag of mini chocolate chips
Prepare Classy Chocolate Pound Cake as directed on package with butter and water. Cool completely; cube. Fold whipped topping and Mocha Mix together. Let sit in fridge for at least 2 hours. Make layers of cake, caramel sauce, whipped topping mixture, toffee bits and chocolate chips in a glass trifle bowl. Repeat 2 more times.
*She used greek yogurt instead of butter for the poundcake and fat free cool whip. She wanted her Weight Watchers girls to still enjoy it! :-)
