Slow Cooker Chicken Ole`

It's HOT outside, y'all! No need to turn on that oven for dinner. Here is an AWESOME recipe using Corn Black Bean Salsa to make a MEAL in your Slow Cooker!

Slow Cooker Chicken Ole`

2 Tbsp. Onion Onion™
10.75 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
10.75 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
9 - 12 flour tortillas, torn into bite-size pieces
4 cups cooked, cubed chicken
3/4 jar Corn, Black Bean Salsa

Combine first 5 ingredients. Layer in slow cooker, tortillas, soup mixture, chicken, salsa. Repeat layers 2 more times. Cover; cook on low 4-5 hours. Stir gently; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cook an additional 30 minutes. If desired, serve with lettuce and tomatoes
