Chicken Teriyaki Lettuce Wraps!

I got this email from a TEAM member and wanted to share it with all of you. It sounds YUMMY!!!

I made this the other night just to try something different:
I took 6 chicken strips (boneless) and chopped in to very small chunks
1 sweet onion diced
1 can of Water Chestnuts diced
1 small can of sliced mushrooms
Honey Teriyaki to taste
1 Head of Lettuce (pulled apart to be used like a shell)
1 bag of Minute White (or brown) Rice

In the skillet I put a little olive oil and sauteed the chicken and onions. While chicken is cooking put on the bag of rice. After the chicken is cooked through, I added the chestnuts, mushrooms, and our Honey Teriyaki sauce. Drain Rice and make an assembly line of goodness (or just pile your plates with each goodie and have them make their own).

Take your lettuce shell and add a bit of rice and chicken mixture and EAT!! Yummy!! Try them and tell me if you like them :)
