Rich and Cheesy Mac&Cheese


Do you LOVE homemade Mac and Cheese? This is a very easy way to have it any time. It does require uses a few more pans than I like for one dish, but the results are WORTH the extra clean time :D Or you can use leftover pasta out of the fridge if you have it. We had this the other night w/Vidalia Onion Crusted Chicken (another recipe post)


Ingredients:
8oz elbow pasta
1 package Rich and Cheesy Sauce Mix
1 cup milk
4 TBSP butter
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
In a sauce pan boil water, add pasta and cook until done. In another sauce pan, melt butter, add milk and Rich and Cheesy Sauce mix. When mixture starts to boil, turn the heat off and add cooked pasta. Mix well. Spray non-stick into a 8x8 casserole dish then add pasta mixture. Cover with the shredded cheddar and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
