Corn Black Bean Salsa Omelette

As many of you know, we LOVE Breakfast food for dinner. Well, tonight was no exception as we had Corn Black Bean Salsa Omelette, Fried Bologna and Biscuits with grape jelly or honey mix with butter. YUMMY! And the best part was it took me maybe 20 mins from the time I walked in the kitchen until we sat down to eat.

Corn Black Bean Salsa Omelette

Ingredients:
6 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp Seasoned Salt
1/2 jar Corn Black Bean Salsa
2 slices of American Cheese
butter/margarine

Directions:
Beat eggs in a bowl while adding the milk and Seasoned Salt. Melt a little butter/margarine in Omelette Pan and coat all sides. Pour egg mixture into pan, when edges start to firm add Corn Black Bean Salsa and then top with cheese. When eggs are almost set fold over in pan. When set cut and serve. Serves 3-4
