Open Face Cheeseburger

So I was in the kitchen a few minutes ago for lunch and noticed that I had 1/2 of a Ground Beef Bag* in the fridge that needed to be eaten. I didn't use the whole bag with 1/2 jar of Corn Black Bean Salsa over the weekend. I also noticed that I had 1 hot dog bun, since JR doesn't eat the bread. Hmmmmm.....so I got creative and made an Open Face Cheeseburger Sandwich. We all know what a Open Face BBQ Sandwich is, right? This is very similiar. I emptied the meat into a bowl with some shredded cheddar cheese and microwaved it for 1 minute. I took the bun and put mayo and ketchup on each side, then left it open on the plate. When the meat was warm, I covered the bread with it. VIOLA! Open Face Cheeseburger Sandwich. You could even add a sliced pickle if you wanted ;)

Great Way to use the little bits of food to make a meal, instead of throwing it out!
