Baby Red Potato Soup

I found this on the TS website when I put Red Potato in the search. I've got lots that need to be used. SO this is dinner! Gonna make some cornbread with it too :D

Baby Red Potato Soup

Ingredients
10 baby red potatoes, half peeled, half not
1 Tbsp. Garlic Garlic™
1 Tbsp. Onion Onion™
1 Tbsp. Bacon Bacon™
1 tsp. Seasoned Salt
2 10.5 oz. cans chicken broth
1 cup milk
1-2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions
Dice all potatos into 1 to 2 inch pieces; boil until fork tender. Drain, and set aside. Combine next 6 ingredients in large sauce pan. Add potatoes and simmer for 1 to 2 hours. Serve garnished with cheese. Makes 3-4 servings.
