Cinnamon Sugar in a TS shaker?

I discovered something about the cinnamon sugar packet in the Cinnamon Muffin Melts that was a real find. One packet will FILL UP a regular size TS spice jar!!!! Do you know what this means? Not only are you getting fabulous muffins or pancakes-however you choose to use the box-you are getting a jar of cinnamon sugar! So what that means to you, is that you can make the muffins or pancakes and then sprinkle the cinnamon on top instead of emptying the whole packet into a bowl. :D Use spray butter and spray the tops of the muffins or pancakes then shake some cinnamon sugar on top. Then put the shaker into your spice cabinet to use for all your other recipes that call for cinnamon sugar. Be sure to take a Sharpie and write cinnamon sugar over the label of the empty TS shaker jar that you are using. So don't throw away those empty jars!! They can be useful to hold other things. On a side note, we have used empty TS spice jars at Vacation Bible School for crafts for the little ones.

1 box Cinnamon Muffin Melts
2 eggs
1 cup water
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) melted butter

Combine the muffin mix, eggs and water. Stir until smooth. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased griddle. Flip after 2-3 minutes or until bubbles appear on the top. Cook for 2-3 more minutes or until golden brown. Brush each pancake with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Makes about 24 small pancakes.
