Toasted Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Rice

I concocted a new Chicken and Rice recipe with the New Spring Product TOASTED GARLIC & PARMESAN CHEESE BALL MIX tonight and it was SO GOOD! This is a variation of the chicken and rice that I always cook. The gravy is AMAZING sopped up with biscuits! You can make crescent rolls or other bread, however my Southern roots want biscuits (cornbread won't work here). Most of the time, I use the Boil-A-Bag rice however tonight I used a whole 16oz of loose white rice. It's just as easy as the B-A-B, you just have to empty the pot into a bowl, when it's done cooking, so you don't burn the rice on the bottom of the pan. No worries of that with the B-A-B :D I pulled out the steamer for a frozen California Mix (cut broccoli, cauliflower, carrots) as a side item. You need to start cooking about an hour before you want to eat. I know that's longer than most of my recipes, however it needs 45 minutes to cook ( NO pink chicken) and a few to cool down. During cook time you can clean the small mess or maybe big one if you left dishes in the sink from the night before ;). Or get homework and baths done OR have some quite time for you in the kitchen.

Remember to add TOASTED GARLIC & PARMESAN CHEESE BALL MIX to your next order, so you can tell me how you liked it! There are TWO packets in each box.

2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup
1 packet of Toasted Garlic & Parmesan Cheese Ball Mix
1 1/4 cup of milk (fill empty soup can)
6 boneless chicken breasts
breadcrumbs (You can use store bought,or make your own I will post recipe below this one)
16 oz bag of rice OR 2 Boil A Bag rice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9X13 casserole dish with non-stick spray. Wisk first three ingredients together in a bowl. Dip each breast in mixture and place in casserole dish. Pour rest of mixture over placed chicken (it will fill the dish). Sprinkle breadcrumbs over chicken breasts. Bake for 45 minutes. Boil the water to make the rice.
