Oh My! French Toast

This is a favorite in my house for dinner. You can use white or wheat sliced bread. No syrup needed, even though Emma Leigh uses it anyway ;)

Oh My! French Toast

1 Tbsp. Oh My! Chai®
2 - 3 Tbsp. milk
3 eggs
5 - 6 slices thick bread

Combine first 3 ingredients; whisk to blend. Pour mixture into a shallow bowl. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in griddle or skillet over medium heat. Dip slices of bread into egg mixture; coat both sides. Brown both sides in lightly buttered skillet. Makes 2-3 servings.
