Garlic Pepper Shrimp Scampi

I came up with this version of shrimp scampi tonight. I must say it was very tasty. I used little salad shrimp because that's what I had on the freezer. Next time, I will use the medium size ones that you can get at Walmart or the grocery store in the seafood section. They are in a long rectangle see through package. I think it's 50-60 count or something of the sort. You'll know what I'm talking about when you see the package. ;) I know you folks from LA will use fresh, but up here a few hundred miles from the coast, I'm using frozen. I also used spaghetti, because again that's what I had. Next time, will use fettuccine.

1 stick of margarine
2 TBSP Roasted Garlic Infused Oil
1 TBSP Garlic Pepper Seasoning
1 package of frozen shrimp, peeled and deveined
16 oz package of pasta, your choice (spaghetti, fettuccine, etc)
Parmesan cheese

Boil pasta according to the directions on the package. In a large saucepan, melt the stick of margarine over medium heat. Add the oil and seasoning to the melted butter and turn heat up to high. Stir in shrimp and to coat each piece. Just at the sign of boiling, turn the heat down to low-medium. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until pink. Serve immediately over pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
