Corn & Black Bean Joes, plus leftovers for another meal

CORN BLACK BEAN JOES

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 jar Tastefully Simple Corn & Black Bean Salsa
1 can refrigerator biscuits
Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Brown 1lb ground beef and add one jar of Corn & Black Bean Salsa . Open one can of biscuits and flatten each in palm of hand. Line a greased muffin tin with each biscuit leaving room in the middle to fill. Fill each biscuit with CBBS beef mixture and shredded cheddar cheese to top. Bake according to package directions.

Another night's dinner:
You will have half of the beef mixture left over. Save it for tacos, burritos or dinner the next night. Or even just a hearty snack with some tortilla chips!
