Bayou Bourbon Meatloaf

Bayou Bourbon Glaze was such a popular Fall Product that it is now is the Standard Line, meaning it's available ALL THE TIME!! This is a great alternative to the "ketchupy" meatloaf



Ingredients:
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
2-5 Tbsp. Onion Onion
3 Tbsp. Bayou Bourbon Glaze
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup ketchup
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except meat; whisk to blend. Add beef; blend well. Press mixture into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 65-70 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°. Makes 5-6 servings
