About Me

My Photo
I've been doing this since April 2001 and LOVE IT. I've been able to be a stay-at-home-mom AND have income. Our products basically take the prep work out of cooking or helps those that don't know how to cook. If you can boil water or pour something over meat then you can COOK. If you can melt butter and measure a cup of water then you can BAKE. That's Tastefully Simple! Our spices also help those that already cook by adding amazing flavor; A little bit goes a long way. E.G. one teaspoon of Garlic Garlic equals 1 clove. At parties, I pass samples around for people to try. Everyone orders and it’s sent to their house. The host receives free and discounted product. I'm leading one of the fastest growing TEAMs in my area and would LOVE to have you join us. The income is amazing, but making my own schedule is FABULOUS! I LOVE what I do and know that YOU will, too. You can email me at to place an order for the Tastefully Simple Products needed in any of the recipes. OR you can shop online at my webpage. Spinach and Herb Chicken Salad

This is SO EASY to make and it's great to keep in the fridge. When you need a quick snack or lunch, just pull this out of the fridge and put on bread for a sandwich or just dip it with wheat thins. I'm always eating this with wheat crackers because it only requires me going to the fridge, getting the container, opening a box of crackers to have lunch. Laziness at it's best!!! No seriously, being a stay at home mom, I need quick lunches because many times I don't have a chance to sit down at eat.

1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp (capful) Spinach and Herb Mix
1 cup of cooked chicken, shredded or cubed - leftovers work well
1/2 cup pecans

Mix mayo, sour cream and Spinach and Herb mix. Fold in chicken and pecans. Let set in the fridge for a few hours. Enjoy!
