Speedy Chicken and Noodles

This is what we had Saturday night, because I didn't have all the ingredients for the Daily Dinner post. It was SO quick and easy! Better yet it made a TON! There is a pic on my FB page under the Dinner photo album.

Speedy Chicken and Noodles

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 packet Warm the Oven! Savory Cheese Dip Mix
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
Seasoned Salt and pepper to taste
12 oz. egg noodles, prepared
1/4 cup real bacon bits or cooked, crumbled bacon

In a large skillet, brown chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat; lower heat to medium. Add Warm the Oven! Savory Cheese Dip Mix, cream cheese, milk and tomatoes; blend thoroughly. Warm gently 5-8 minutes until sauce thickens and cream cheese melts; add prepared hot pasta. Stir gently to blend. Serve hot sprinkled with bacon for garnish. Serve with green beans and a tossed salad. Makes 4 servings.
