Daily Dinners: Garlic Merlot Swiss Chicken

Some of these I got from going to and clicked on our recipe search. This is our family's favorite go to dinner. We usually have it at least 2x per month.

Garlic Merlot Swiss Chicken

6 - 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. Garlic Garlic™
1 Tbsp. Seasoned Salt
1/2 cup Merlot Sauce
6 - 8 slices Swiss cheese

Place chicken in greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle chicken breasts with Garlic Garlic™ and Seasoned Salt; drizzle with Merlot Sauce. Bake at 375° for 35-40 minutes. Top with cheese slices; bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 6-8 servings.

Roasted Garlic Potatoes

2 lbs of washed, dried and cubed red potatoes (peeled if desired)
1/4 cup Roasted Garlic Infused Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic Pepper
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Rosemary

Place all ingredients in a gallon zip lock bag and toss together until potatoes are well covered. Place on cookie sheet that is covered with Reynolds wrap (I use Reynolds Release Wrap). Spread out over the pan. Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes turning at least 1 time. Makes about 6-8 servings

Seasoned Asparagus

1 1/2 lbs. fresh asparagus
1 - 2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 - 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 - 2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
2 - 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Place asparagus in single layer on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice; sprinkle with Seasoned Salt. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Makes 4-5 servings.

Nana's Pumpkin Cake

Nana's Apple Cake Mix®
2 large eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
Cool Whip®

Combine first 3 ingredients; stir to blend. Spread batter in greased 8 x 8 baking pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Serve warm with Cool Whip. Makes 9 servings.
