Daily Dinners--Bacon Wrapped Garlic Tenderloin

Bacon Wrapped Garlic Tenderloin

1 Pork Tenderloin
5-6 strips of bacon
Roasted Garlic Infused Oil
1 tsp Seasoned Salt
2 cups bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a rectangle casserole dish with Non-Stick Spray. Place tenderloin in dish and brush Roasted Garlic Infused Oil all over meat. Wrap bacon slices around the meat one at a time to where the whole tenderloin is covered. Mix breadcrumbs and Seasoned Salt together. Cover the top and sides with breadcrumb mixture. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees. Serve with your favorite veggies.

(We had green beans, corn and turnip greens with it. Next time I think I will steam some carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and make mashed potatoes. You get them idea.)
