Daily Dinner recipe - Melt in your Mouth Pot Roast

This is a family favorite in our house. It makes a lot of food, and we usually freeze the leftovers. We actually had it last night for dinner and everyone, including my 3 year old, devoured it! It's an all-in-one meal - nothing else is needed!

Melt In Your Mouth Pot Roast


Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix
1 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic Garlic™
1/2 Tbsp. Onion Onion™
1 Tbsp. Seasoned Salt
2 1/2 lb. roast beef
1 cup water
4 quartered Yukon Gold potatoes
1 small bag baby carrots

Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Add potatoes and carrots after 2-3 hours. Makes 6-8 servings.


Apple Cinnamon Cake


Ingredients
Nana's Apple Cake Mix®
2 cups diced apples
2 eggs
1 cup cinnamon chips (available at Wegman's in the DC area)

Directions
Combine all ingredients; bake as directed on package. Drizzle Creamy Caramel Sauce on top for a decadent dessert.
