Corn, Black Bean Stuffed Peppers

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. Seasoned Salt
1 cup Corn, Black Bean Salsa
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
15oz. can tomato sauce
6 large green bell peppers
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef with Seasoned Salt, Drain. Stir in next 3 ingredients, wash peppers, cut off tops and seed. Fill each pepper with meat mixture. Place in a greased slow cooker. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese: continue cooking 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 5-6 servings.
